We are engaged where transactions are complex, timelines are compressed, and information quality is uneven — typically ahead of capital deployment, secondary transactions, or exit.
Designed for funds, sponsors, and platforms where sequencing, leverage, and institutional credibility matter. Our role is independent and non-discretionary. We work alongside sponsors, legal counsel, lenders, and execution teams.
